Legolas Knives Review by Lucien
Legolas Greenleaf is a Sindarin Elf belonging to Woodland Realm. He has keen senses and is also an expert archer. He is quite adept in using Elven fighting swords. He carried them on his back in a scabbard on each of the two sides of the quiver. United Cutlery has produced officially licensed replicas of these blades. Legolas is known to maneuver these combat blades with incredible savagery and speed.

The product offers two identical 15¾ stainless steel blades. They have a gold tone color and a full-tang construction. The sword handle is made of gold and tan American oak and has an Elvin vine design. The handle also has a metal guard and pommel. United Cutlery has meticulously created the prop by using only finest materials.

The knives are of superior quality and the designs on it are flawless. The etching over the blade as well the handles is just amazing. Handling the sword the sword is also pretty convenient. As a matter of fact, the scabbards that are sold separately are also fairly attractive.

However, the blade seems like it has been built for amateur and has a resilient, but dull edge. Also, the edge cannot be adjusted without hampering the decorative etching. The tips of the knife are substantially sharp. The gold colored paint does not have a perfect finishing and can be noticed even from a distance. There is also a gap between the handle and the hardware. The display has been made from veneered fiberboard and is capable of holding blades conveniently. The swords have good weigh to them and feel sturdy.

The blades at this quality are moderately overpriced, especially when you consider the steel that has been used. Nonetheless, if you have a knack for collecting these replicas then this sword is definitely worth the money.
